Standard delivery usually arrives within 5-7 business days, excluding holidays and #staytrue collection.

Local Deliveries arrive with 3-5 business days and exclude the #staytrue collection.

Please be advised that all online / web sales are final and The True Body Company does not accept returns. However, an exception to this is if products arrive damaged, your order is incorrect, or the product is not to your liking and you would like to trade it for another product as a credit. Shipping and handling are nonrefundable on returns. No cash refunds. The True Body Company must be notified immediately upon receipt of damaged goods. Upon delivery, please inspect the package for any damage, shortages, or incorrect order. Please report any errors within (48) hours of receiving your shipment.
