  All of our products are handmade in small batches right here in Ohio, ensuring quality and freshness.

• What is the shelf life of the African Black Soap Wash?

       Because our formula is rooted in natural, simple ingredients and diluted with distilled water without the use of harsh synthetic preservatives, we recommend using your face wash within 4–6 weeks of receiving it to ensure peak freshness and efficacy.

• How should I store the African Black Soap Wash?

     Please store the foam pump bottle in a cool, dry location, such as a cabinet or on a shelf outside of the direct shower stream. Keeping it away    from direct sunlight and excess heat or humidity will help maintain its quality throughout its lifespan.

How to Use Our Products

• How do I use African Black Soap?
  Wet your hands and rub the soap into a lather. Apply gently to your skin in circular motions, avoiding eyes. Rinse thoroughly and follow with a moisturizer.

• Is African Black Soap drying?
  Our formula is designed to cleanse deeply without over-drying, but if you have very dry or sensitive skin, follow with a hydrating moisturizer.

• Can I use your products on my face and body?
  Absolutely! Many of our products are versatile and safe for both face and body.

• Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
  Our products are made with gentle, natural ingredients and are great for most skin types. However, everyone’s skin is unique, we recommend patch-testing any new product.

• Do your products help with acne/dark spots/eczema?
  Many of our customers have seen improvement in these concerns with consistent use, especially of our African Black Soap. Results vary by skin type, so consistency is key!

• Do you offer local delivery?
  Yes! If you’re in Stark County, we often deliver orders personally. Otherwise, we ship nationwide.

• How long will it take to get my order?
  Orders typically ship within 3-5 business days. You’ll receive tracking information by email when your order ships.

• Do you offer returns or exchanges?
  Due to the personal nature of skincare products, we generally don’t accept returns. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us so we can make it right!
